boots versus snowboard?
I have a rossignol zena 152 freestyle board, medium sized mens burton bindings and size 9 burton boots. I put on my boots the other day and put them in my bindings and the tip of my boots were longer than my board. So the tips were hanging out about 1.5 inches over my snowboard. My friend says that my boots shouldn't hang over the edge like that and it might interfere with my riding. is this true? are my boots too big for my board?
Your friend is wrong, most peoples boots hang over the toe edge of the board a little. Infact all of my boards do that even on my Street that I ride really wide and at a pretty angled duck stance. If it's only 1.5inches than you'll be fine.
